Single – 120 EUR per day plus a 4 EUR city tax per person per day.

For members, GSC absorbs 100% of accommodation costs (single occupancy including breakfast; two carrier delegates per membership) for up to 4 nights from Monday 15 April to Thursday 18 April with checkout on Friday 19 April. 

Travel from the Airport

TAXI
Rideshare companies (Uber, Lyft) are not available in Hungary. Please choose an official taxi company (eg Főtaxi, City Taxi). Fare approximately 15,000 HUF (40 EUR). Trip lasts 35 mins.

HOTEL TRANSFER
From airport to Novotel Budapest Centrum is 19,000 HUF (50 EUR) with cash or debit/credit card payable to the driver.

If interested in this service, the delegate must provide to the hotel their hotel reservation number, flight number, number of guests, name and phone number. For special billing requests, or a receipt with a company name is needed, please inform the driver accordingly.

MINIBUS
Shuttle (minibus) can be booked to get to the hotel. Reserve in advance or while at the airport. More information is available at miniBUD.hu.

PUBLIC BUS
Astoria Metro Station is the nearest bus stop to the hotel and is on the the 100E Airport Shuttle line. Fares as applicable with the 2,200 HUF Airport Shuttle Bus Single Ticket. This can be purchased on the Budapest Pay&GO device with bankcard on board. For more details visit: Budapest Pay&GO or Airport Express (bkk.hu).

From Astoria Metro Station, either take a 10 minute walk to the hotel or board the Metro M2 (red line) and travel one stop to Blaha Lujza Square Metro Station. From there, the hotel is a 2 minute walk.

Buses also leave from Liszt Ferenc Airport continuously throughout the day, departing every 10-12 minutes between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, at other times, every 15 minutes and every 30 minutes at night. Buses coming from the airport also use the Astoria Metro Station stop. A one way ticket is HUF 2,200 (6 EUR).

Tickets can be bought from BKK vending machines (you can also pay with a bank card), at BKK sales points, or via the BudapestGo application. The most convenient and contactless option is to buy the ticket through the app.
