A2P Customer Pain Points: Addressing Operators’ Challenges through Practical Insights
While operators are becoming more enterprise-centric to access incremental revenue, they face new challenges to align their business processes with the market needs. New pricing models such as Sender-ID based pricing adds more complexity to the rate analysis, understanding of Sender IDs, routing, and billing. But this is not all, Quality of Service has been a decisive factor in customer retention and profitability. Why are operators mindful of message delivery rate and application conversation ratio KPIs, and how does this affect routing decisions? This presentation will focus on a practical use case that highlights the main challenges around A2P messaging froman operator standpoint, from trading to routing and billing. It will also outline the best practices to measure and present business profitability.
